This picture shows the ruins of a Dutch fort in Negombo, Sri Lanka. It was built by the Dutch in 1640. The arched gateway now leads into a modern-day prison maintained by the Department of Prisons.
[The bicycle is not a prop! I believe it belonged to one of the prison guards]

No, the prison building is not part of the fort, but it is located in the same site. What’s left of the fort are the arched wall and the bulwark that you can see in the picture.
